Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pancake Mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Hot Water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, eggs, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix the cocoa powder and hot water until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the pancake mix batter into a microwave-safe baking dish.
  4. Pour the cocoa mixture on top of the pancake batter in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining pancake batter on top of the cocoa mixture.
  6. Use a knife or a skewer to swirl the batter and create a marble effect.
  7. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until the cake is firm and cooked through.
  8. Let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Slice and enjoy!
