Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll out one part and place it in the prepared baking dish.

Spread the apricot jam evenly over the dough.

In a separate bowl, mix the ground walnuts with a tablespoon of water. Spread the walnut mixture over the apricot jam.

Roll out the remaining dough and place it on top of the walnut layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate with vegetable oil over low heat.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled cake and spread it evenly.
