  4. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Pour the chicken mixture into the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover the pie with another pie crust and seal the edges. Cut slits on the top crust for ventilation.
