Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate cookies
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 250 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 gram Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 50 gram Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of individual pie dishes.
  4. Chill the crusts in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat.
  6. In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  7. Pour the hot cream over the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.
  8. Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  9. Pour the chocolate filling into the chilled crusts.
  10. Refrigerate the pies for at least 1 hour to set.
  11. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top.
