Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  3. Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture.
  4. Pour the chocolate mousse mixture into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
