Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken
  • 2 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a pie dish.
  7. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the pie dish, trimming any excess.
  8. Cut a few slits in the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
