Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken Breast
  • 1.5 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in flour until well combined.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add frozen mixed vegetables, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the filling, trimming any excess.
  9. Cut a few slits on the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
