  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
