Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.

Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.

Dot the top of the apple mixture with cubes of cold butter.
