Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 2 pound Apples
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the pie with small pieces of butter.
  6. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into strips.
  7. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern on top of the pie.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
