In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread the canned fruit pie filling evenly.

Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the fruit filling.

Slice the butter into thin pieces and arrange them evenly on top of the cake mix.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
