  • 2 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Ice Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the dried apricots, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
