Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Crush the Butterfinger candy bars and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake is still warm, poke holes all over the top using the handle of a wooden spoon.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, making sure it fills the holes.

Drizzle the caramel topping over the cake.
