Crab cakes are a popular dish in the coastal regions of the United States, especially in the Chesapeake Bay area.

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, crushed saltine crackers, beaten egg, and chopped parsley.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Carefully place the crab cakes in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Remove from the skillet and drain on a paper towel.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
