Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk. Fold in the chopped peanuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
