  2. Roll out one pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  4. Zest and juice the lemons, then add the zest, juice, sugar, eggs, flour, and salt to the melted butter. Mix well.
  5. Pour the lemon filling into the pie crust.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling. Seal the edges and cut slits on the top crust.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
