Cut the sponge cake into thin slices and line the mold with them, covering the bottom and sides.

Melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate separately.

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Divide the whipped cream into two equal portions.

Mix one portion with the melted dark chocolate and the other portion with the melted milk chocolate.

Fold in the almonds, candied fruits, and rum into the dark chocolate mixture.
