In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the crust.

In another bowl, whisk together milk and instant chocolate pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let it stand for 5 minutes to thicken. Pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer.

Drizzle melted semi-sweet chocolate over the pudding layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
