  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate over low heat. Stir in sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  8. Whip the whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  9. Serve the pie topped with whipped cream.
