In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes. Top with fresh berries before serving. Enjoy!
