Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken
  • 12 ounce Pie crust
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chicken until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions, carrots, and peas until tender.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Pour the mixture into a pie crust.
  9. Cover with another pie crust and seal the edges.
  10. Cut slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  11. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  12. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
