Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pie Crust
  • 2 pound Apples
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a deep dish pie pan with it.
  3. Peel and slice the apples, then toss them with sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the peanut butter over the bottom of the pie crust.
  5. Fill the pie crust with the apple mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, chopped peanuts, sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the apples in the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the apples are tender.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
