Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/4 chopped Dill pickles
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, dill pickles, and cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Pour the ground beef mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ground beef.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
  8. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
