Shepherd’s Pie is traditionally made with lamb, but this version uses ground beef and adds a delicious curry twist.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the onion, carrots, peas, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, then drain.

Mash the cooked potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
