Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Ham
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ham and onion until the onion is tender. Stir in the curry powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Melt the butter in a 9-inch pie plate. Pour the batter into the pie plate.
  6. Spoon the ham mixture over the batter.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the popover is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
