Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 1.5 cup Pie filling (any flavor)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter.
  7. Spoon a tablespoon of pie filling onto the center of each cupcake.
  8. Top with another spoonful of batter to cover the pie filling.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cupcakes to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Once cooled, pipe whipped cream onto each cupcake and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
