Ingredients
  • 12 pieces Pierogies
  • 6 strips Bacon
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pierogies according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, sour cream, eggs, breadcrumbs, butter, salt, and black pepper.
  6. In a greased pie dish, arrange the cooked pierogies in a single layer.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and sautéed onion over the pierogies.
  8. Pour the cheese mixture over the pierogies, bacon, and onion.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pie is set.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
