Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic Cloves
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 package Croissant Dough
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  4. Add the chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Gradually add the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  7. Add the frozen mixed vegetables, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and parsley.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  9. Roll out the croissant dough and cut into strips.
  10. Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish.
  11. Arrange the croissant strips on top of the chicken mixture.
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the croissant topping is golden brown.
  13. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
