  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 8 scoop Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and remaining cocoa powder. Sprinkle this mixture over the batter in the slow cooker.
  5. Pour hot water over the top, but do not stir.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 5 hours, or until the cake is set and the fudge sauce is bubbling around the edges.
  7. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
