  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt on the buttered side of the bread slices.
  4. Place mozzarella cheese on the non-buttered side of 4 bread slices.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  6. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
