  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Roll up the pastry from the shorter side, forming a log.
  6. Cut the log into 6 equal pieces.
  7. Place the pastry puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let the pastry puffs cool for 10 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
