In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the canned pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and pumpkin pie spice. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
