  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crust
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • optional for garnish Fresh lemon slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Once cooled, spread the whipped cream over the pie.
  7. Garnish with fresh lemon slices, if desired.
