  • 500 gram Chicken
  • 16 ounce Pie crust
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and peas. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie dish lined with pie crust.
  6. Cover the dish with the remaining pie crust, sealing the edges. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
