Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cupcake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternately with the milk.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  9. Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, use a piping bag to fill them with the whipped cream mixture.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
