Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Fresh berries, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the flour, sour cream, and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
  8. Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
