Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the dough comes together.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times to bring it together.
  6. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch (3 cm).
  7. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
