  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, pears, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss to coat the fruit evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the fruit mixture over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the fruit.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crumb topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
