  4. Add the egg to the flour mixture and mix until the dough comes together.
  5. Divide the dough in half and roll out each half on a floured surface.
  6. Line a pie dish or tart pans with one of the rolled-out dough.
  7. Pour the cranberry mincemeat mixture into the pie dish or tart pans.
  8. Cover the filling with the remaining rolled-out dough and seal the edges.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 60 minutes before serving.
