Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, mincemeat, granulated sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and butter until crumbly.

Add the egg to the flour mixture and mix until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough in half and roll out each half on a floured surface.

Line a pie dish or tart pans with one of the rolled-out dough.

Pour the cranberry mincemeat mixture into the pie dish or tart pans.

Cover the filling with the remaining rolled-out dough and seal the edges.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 60 minutes before serving.
