Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the cranberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan or muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
