Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pie crust
  • 2 cup Cranberries
  • 2 cup Mixed berries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top with butter.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling.
  7. Seal the edges and cut slits on the top crust for ventilation.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 60 minutes before serving.
