  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples, cranberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the apple cranberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the filling with small pieces of butter.
