  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cranberries, wild blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into strips.
  6. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern on top of the pie.
  7. In a small bowl, beat the egg with water to make an egg wash.
  8. Brush the lattice crust with the egg wash.
  9. Sprinkle turbinado sugar on top.
  10. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
