Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Crab meat
  • 2 cup Pie crust
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, eggs, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Pour the crab mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the crab mixture. Seal the edges and cut slits on the top crust for ventilation.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
  6. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
