  • 8 ounce Crab meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot sauce
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, green onions, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a separate bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice and hot sauce to make the spicy avocado sauce.
  5. Serve the crab cakes with the spicy avocado sauce on the side.
