In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, green onions, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into patties, approximately 3 inches in diameter.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the crab cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the crab cakes with lemon wedges and lemon aioli on the side.
