  • 16 ounce Crab meat
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Red bell pepper
  • 0.25 cup Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, red bell pepper, green onions, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lime juice, egg, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the crab cakes for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with the Asian dipping sauce.
