Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Crab meat
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, Panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Carefully place the crab cakes in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the crab cakes from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with tartar sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
