  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish.
  3. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  4. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  5. Add the sliced apples to the bowl and toss until coated.
  6. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Dot the top with butter.
  8. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cover the pie.
