  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Gradually add the cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Using a round cookie cutter, cut out circles from the dough.
